Karen Williams helped my mum with downsizing when leaving her bungalow to move into her new flat. She gave valuable advice and was excellent in taking some items away for charity herself. She helped with packing at the bungalow and unpacking at the flat and want over and above to ensure that everything was unpacked before she left mum's new flat, even though it was late in the evening. I would highly recommend, this caring and professional lady and her company.

I had Karen Williams to help with my dad's moving process. Karen was a wonderful help. She was so organised and efficient. I have been very stressed trying to sort out dad's belonging as he is down sizing from a 4 bed house, to a one bed. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave me so many ideas and even helped me empty the garage. She even took loads of stuff to the charity shops for me. She was lovely. I can not thank her enough.
