  • Which areas do you cover?

    I am based in Gravesend, Kent and my prices include travel up to 15 miles each way. Any additional travel is charged above this at 45p per mile.

  • Are you insured?

    Calm and Organised is fully insured with Westminster Indemnity and a copy of the policy documentation is available on request.

  • Do I have to pay for a consultation?

    No, once you have contacted me, I will arrange for a convenient time to have a 30-45 minute consultation on the phone at no charge.

  • Do you belong to a Professional Body?

    Yes I am a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers.

  • Will you decide what I should discard?

    No, not at all. Everything will be your decision; I am simply the facilitator who will help you make decisions.

  • What do I need to buy before you come?

    You don’t need to buy anything. I will bring basic tools such as folders, bags and post it notes.

  • What if you think my house is too messy?

    Please don’t worry. I have experience in many different settings and I do not judge, I am here to help.

  • Will you share any of my personal information with others?

    No, as a member of ADPO, I am bound by their Code of Ethics. I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), registration number ****. I will not disclose any personal or financial information that I see during our sessions.

  • I am nervous to have someone in my home, will I be safe?

    I promise I don’t bite! Also I have an Enhanced Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), certificate number 001782332558.
